Our rate is $55 per hour with a five-hour minimum. If you have a large party and require more than one driver, the charge is $55 per hour per driver.
A fully insured and super cool driver (for your vehicle) and concierge services. When you confirm your booking, your driver will work with you to plan your visit. We will also supply water and picnic linens should your day include a picnic.
Our insurance, through the Lloyd's of London Syndicate Market, makes us primary insured in whatever vehicle we get into.
We do not include tasting fees and they can range from free to over $200 per person. When we are working with you to plan your day, we will discuss budget and the types of experiences you are looking for. It's our goal that every tasting you have feels as though it was worth it, whether it's at a tasting bar or a private wine and food pairing with a winemaker.
This will depend on the types of visits you want to have but visiting more than 4 to 5 wineries in a day is difficult. Many visitors to wine country try to visit too many wineries and end up exhausted. We plan our clients visits so they can get the most out of their day, stay relaxed and not get burned out.
Of course, and since we'll be using your vehicle you won't have any of the additional pet fees limo companies charge. Be sure to let us know in advance though so we can make sure dog friendly wineries are part of your day. Though we love dogs too and won't mind hanging out with them.
We love cash but are equipped to accept any US-issued and most non-US issued magnetic-stripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or JCB logo.
We're understanding humans and know things happen. We do ask for 48 hours notice to refund your deposit so we can try to reassign your driver to a new drive.
Once we become fully committed on a day, deposits are no longer refundable as we have likely turned away business to hold your reservation.
Also, deposits are no longer refundable if we have already planned your itinerary.
